· Contact active/applicable candidates within the Bid Solutions network
· Listing of your vacancy in the week's Top 5 Hot Jobs on Bid Solutions Home Page
· Advertisement of your vacancy on 4 of the UK's most popular job sites
· Advertisement of vacancy on industry specific websites
· Targeted headhunting campaign
· Pre-selection of candidates and telephone screening
· Face to Face competency based interviewing of candidates
· Skills based testing
· Provide pre-selected candidates with a client information pack
· Full management reporting - providing client with report covering all recruitment activity
· Presentation of shortlisted candidates to client with detailed summary of suitability for the vacancy
· Assessment centre - running assessment centre and providing assessors
· Offer negotiations (where applicable)
· Pipelining for future roles at no extra cost
· New starter management and coaching (Week 1)
· Follow up service with Client and Candidate

· Full reference checks (Eligibility to work, CRB, Credit etc)
