Martin Smith, Managing Director
Martin has been leading the team at Bid Solutions since 2006. Martin has spearheaded international growth and brings a wealth of hands-on bidding experience to the team. Prior to joining Bid Solutions he spent 10 years at Global IT & Service Organisations including Dell, Compaq, Digital, HP and ICL. He has held positions including Head of Professional Services, Head of Opportunity Management and Head of Bid and Proposal Management. Martin holds APMP Foundation status and has previously served on the UK APMP Board.

Akhil Monga, Finance Director
Akhil is responsible for all financial and commercial matters. Akhil joined Bid Solutions in 2008 as Finance Manager, prior to that he was working as Finance Manager for a privately owned chain of Boutique Hotels in central London, responsible for the Finance Department at the Kingsway Hall Hotel. Akhil has a broad range of experience in all aspects of accounting, implementing accounting systems, financial & commercial management and is currently studying towards a Chartered Accountant Qualification.
