2012 Salary Survey
Introduction and Objectives
The 2012 UK Salary Survey will represent the largest and most comprehensive review of salaries and benefits spanning the whole Bid and Proposal Management Profession.
The survey has five main aims:
- Provide employers and employees with accurate salary data
- Report on significant market changes since the 2008 Salary Survey
- Align salary data to specific roles and responsibilities, rather than job title alone (the 2008 Salary Survey identified 187 unique job titles)
- Assess job satisfaction of those working within the bid and proposal industry
- Provide each participant with a bespoke salary report that relates specifically to the individuals role, industry, and experience
