The settlement of a claim will only be made to the claimant as stated on the form and on the commencement of the referred persons. All claims must be made within 30 days of the referred person’s commencement with Bid Solutions client. Claims will not be eligible against referred persons whom at the time of referral are currently known by or registered with Bid Solutions.
